<p>Freshwater is not always readily available, particularly on small Caribbean islands that get <a href="https://theconversation.com/drastic-seaweed-growth-threatens-marine-life-and-fishing-but-also-offers-opportunities-274661">inundated with sargassum seaweed</a>.
